1. Definitions

• “Client” means any person, entity, or business who uses Goldspire Capital’s services.

• “Services” refers to safe deposit box rental, precious metal storage, document vaulting, private viewing, and related support services.

• “Facility” means our physical secure storage location(s).

 

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Provide valid proof of identity and address.

• Pass required security and compliance checks.

 

3. Box Rental Terms

• Rental agreements are available on monthly or annual basis.

• Clients are required to pay fees upfront unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

• Each client is responsible for keeping their key and/or access code secure.

 

4. Permitted Contents

You may store:

• Precious metals, documents, cash, heirlooms, digital media, and legal valuables.

You may NOT store:

• Firearms, explosives, drugs, hazardous materials, perishable goods, or anything illegal under UK law.
  Goldspire Capital reserves the right to inspect or deny service if suspicious use is detected.

 

5. Access & Privacy

• Clients may access their safe deposit box during business hours.

• Only individuals listed on the rental agreement may access the box.

• Emergency access for trusted individuals must be pre-authorized in writing.

 

6. Security & Insurance

• While we maintain high-security standards, clients are encouraged to insure the contents of their box through our approved insurers or third-party coverage.

• Goldspire Capital is not liable for loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

 

7. Termination & Renewal

• Clients may cancel their service at any time with 7 days’ notice.

• Goldspire Capital reserves the right to terminate services for breach of contract, misuse, non-payment, or legal obligations.

 

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure in performance due to acts beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or facility emergencies.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Goldspire Capital’s liability is limited to the rental value of the safe deposit box or as agreed in insurance coverage. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date.

 

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
